Howard "Tad" Adcock, 79, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Sunday, February 5, 2006, at North Mississippi Medical Center - Tupelo.


He was of the Baptist Faith and a member of the Burnsville Masonic Lodge #233 F&AM. He served the public as an employee of the City of Iuka for 23 years. He loved hunting, fishing, and dancing.


Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 8 PM on Monday, February 06, 2006, at Cutshall Funeral Home - Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM on Tuesday, February 7, 2006, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Jimmy Rich. Interment will follow in Antioch Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements.


The members of the Masonic Lodge will serve as pallbearers.


Survivors include 1 Son, Robert "Bobby" Adcock and wife, Wanda, of Iuka, MS; 1 Daughter, Nancy Walters of Iuka, MS; 5 Sisters – Rosa Adkins, Juanita Branum, and Frances Comer, all of Iuka, MS; Betty Adcock of Nebraska; and Bonnie Hammock of Counce, TN; and 4 grandchildren.


He was preceded in death by his his wife, Beatrice Blakney Adcock.
